I wanna to discuss here which one of these two is more suitable for this august post. Pratiba Patil, whom name I don't know till she is nominee for President post. She falls into several controversies in such a short span. Its her comment on 'origin of pardha system in India' or Pratibha Patil's cooperative Bank case, both made a question mark over her skills to serve as President of India.
I don't believe that Dr. kalaam is perfect, but nothing is perfect in this world but we have to choose one which is more closer to perfection. Dr. Kalaam before becoming President of India is a renowned personality. He was very popular then too and does not enjoy the cheap popularity which the political figures have. He is known as Missile man even too and known as a great servant of India.
Now when he completing his tenure as The President of India, he has converted this inactive post into active one. He has boldly send many bills back to parliament for further considerations and made his best efforts for the development of India. He has a Golden dream to make India a developed nation by 2020 and have plans to fulfill this. As a President he acts like an exemplar for Indian youth and motivate them by his efforts for India. His motivational Books or interactions with students , all proved very fruitful. But he has to depart because of those political parties whom does not even thinks once before making any tainted person a minister, which required sheer talent and honesty. Is Pratibha Patil is a better option then Dr. Kalaam...................Give it a thought.

Pratibha patil is not a better option.Inidia need a very dianamic person like other develop countries.he must be younger also.

Kalaam is the perfect person who should be choosen as the president for the second time after Mr. Rajendra prasad.
Kalaam is not the only person who was the active president, Mr K.R. Narayan was also very active.Mr. K.R. Narayan has given new meaning to the post of President of India.
Mr. K.R Narayan also sent many bills back to the parliament for further look on that, and kalaam also has done that.
How many president dared to do this earlier.
I dont know the fact bt ans will be zero or 1.not more than that.
Kalaam was also one step ahead from Mr.Narayan and done many good works for the country.He has a vision for the country.He want to see India as a developed country, and not by words.He has plan for that too.
Pratibha patil; a woman who came with so many controversies.She is a political leader.She will be our first female president.
Look at America, they have never made any female a President. America is a developed country, and woman are more qualified and active there, then too no female as a president..
why?
the reason is that they look for the best choice, not for male or female, not for Californian(e.g maharastrian or Shekhawati).
bt we Indians are so much unfortunate people that we have to accept her as a president.
Kalaam and Mr. Narayan was our Best president and Mrs. Patil will be our worst president, I am sure.
I hope that she will make my words wrong and do something for the country and society.
